    Ashwagandha, better known as kersy, is a herb from the plant of the same name. The herb has been used in Ayurveda for centuries. The ingredient is also called Indian Ginseng. Each capsule of this product contains 300mg of Ashwagandha powder with standardized KSM-66 extract, the highly concentrated Ashwagandha extract.
