    Without starch or wheat for a minimum of calories and carbohydrates

    Our Smart Pasta is made from the vegetable fiber from the konjac plant called glucomannan. Glucomannan supports weight loss when following an energy-limited diet*. So no wheat or starch, which ensures that they are exceptionally low in calories and carbohydrates compared to normal pasta. A 200 gram pack contains only 18 kcal, while with normal pasta you quickly get to 700 kcal. In addition, every serving of Smart Pasta is completely fat and sugar free!

    High in fiber and 99% fewer carbohydrates than normal pasta

    All our Smart Pastas are pre-cooked. So within a few minutes you can put a delicious meal on the table without too much effort. All you have to do is rinse the Smart Pasta in a colander for a while. Then briefly bake in the pan or heat in the microwave, and add your favorite sauce, spices and vegetables to your gluten-free pasta. A 200 gram package is enough for two full portions.

Attention: possible risk of suffocation for people with swallowing difficulties or when ingestion with insufficient liquid.
